Stockholm - Europe's first Green Capital
Stockholm has been appointed the Green Capital of Europe 2010. This is because of a long term work on reducing negative climate effects in the city and the integrated approach of using modern technology to reach that goal. In 2009 Stockholm will produce a policy for Green ICT to take its enviromental work in to the future.

The Ministry of Ideas is a open society of people sharing ideas on Iceland's sustainable future after the financial crisis which hit Iceland hard this winter. The Ministry of Ideas sent a letter to the G8 London summit in March and caught the attention of Barack Obama who decided to visit Iceland for discussions on Iceland's sustainable future.
